We wish to inform you that the registration procedure (on line and off line) has now been closed.

Registrations can only be performed on-site during the Secretariat Desk operating dates and hours.

A Secretariat Desk will be operating on-site during the Congress, according to the following schedule:
• Wednesday, October 16th, 2013 15:00-19:00
• Thursday, October 17th, 2013 08:30-18:00
• Friday, October 18th, 2013 08:30-16:00
• Saturday, October 19th, 2013 08:30-18:00

The registration fee for participants includes the following:

• Admittance to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
• Admittance to all sessions
• Admittance to the exhibition
• Congress documentation and Abstract book or CD
• Certificate of Attendance
• Coffee and refreshments during official Congress breaks

The registration fee for Accompanying persons includes the following:

• Admittance to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
• One excursion to Kos Island

Methods of Payment

All payments should be made in euros without charges for the beneficiary.
Please note that the late registration fee will apply for any payments received after the stated deadlines. Confirmation letters and payment invoices will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees. Outstanding payments must be made on-site.

      It is important that a copy of the bank transfer is sent to the Congress Organizing Bureau, Erasmus Conferences Tours & Travel SA by fax at +30 210 7257532 or by e-mail at along with the Registration and Accommodation Booking Form.

Confirmation of participation

As soon as the appropriate fees have been received, participants will receive a confirmation letter of the relevant bookings. Participants are kindly requested to present their registration confirmation letter upon check-in at the Registration Desk, operating at the Conference Centre during the Congress.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration should be made writing to the Congress Organizing Bureau.
For cancellations received before July 30th , 2013, 50% of the fee, will be refunded. No refund will be possible thereafter.
All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted.

Badges and Identification

Registration badges will be used during the Congress. For identification purposes and admission to session halls, participants are requested to wear their badges, which will be given to them upon registration, at all times. Admission to the Congress areas will not be possible without badge identification.

Certificate of Attendance

Registered participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance.


All Congress fees are calculated in Euros €. Participants from countries where currency restrictions prevent them from sending registration fees in advance are asked to inform accordingly the Congress Organizing Bureau in order to avoid being charged with the late registration fee.
